  • 2010 Quattro Vini 2010 Quattro Vini Medium bodied, with the lively, bright, bold summer fruits bursting through, giving way to a long savoury, spice driven finish, accentuated by the firm acid and velvety tannins, a good balance of drinkability and structure. Fruit and spice and all things nice!! A great drop that can be enjoyed without food, however perfectly at home with charcuterie, arancini or some Willunga Almond Dukka, Fleurieu Olive Oil and crusty bread.
  • 2011 Pinot Grigio 2011 Pinot Grigio Bursting with citrus and pear with crisp green apples filling the palate. On the finish a distinctive mineral element combined with the crisp acid provide a refreshing long, persistent finish. An excellent aperitif or base for a Kir, however equally at home Coffin Bay Oysters or a green Thai Curry.
  • 2009 Cabernet Franc 2009 Cabernet Franc Typical green, vegetal nose of green peppers, celery and tomato leaf initially, as it opens the heady perfume of red currants, blackcurrants and spearmint evolve, then finishing with soft spice and white pepper. A lovely match with Spaghetti Puttanesca with a good handful of fresh herbs or Veal Saltimbocca.
  • 2008 Shiraz 2008 Shiraz More elegance than weight, explosion of summer berries and blueberries, with soft velvety tannins and defined acid backbone, secondary notes of oak, pepper and spice emerging, all indicative of its cooler heritage. The perfect everyday drinker ideal with Lasagna or Venison Sausages and mash.
  • 2008 Tempranillo 2008 Tempranillo A big wine although velvety in texture, a mouthful of dark chocolate, plums and blueberries the well defined tannins and tight acid combine on the long finish of vanilla, all spice and dark cherry. Decant and enjoy with Tapas, chorizo or Salt Bush Lamb.
  • 2007 Shiraz / Cabernet 2007 Shiraz / Cabernet Cherries, mocha, chocolate, in fact cherry ripe springs to mind, firm backbone but velvety tannin takes over. Summer fruits reappear, followed by complexing elements of black olive, liquorice, clove and cinnamon that emerge on a prolonged finish. Now with a Prime Rib of Beef or Kangaroo on a bed of creamy polenta.
  • 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon A restrained mouthful of blackcurrants, mulberries and plums, the chalky, but firm tannins and tight acid all combine to give a wine of poise and elegance on a solid oak platform. Enjoy with a porcini risotto or Coq au Vin.
